1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Qdev Techs website, software products, documentation, and services. By using the site, purchasing a product, or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept them on that party’s behalf.
2. Products and licenses
Product purchases made through a marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s terms and policies presented at checkout. Your permitted use of a Qdev Techs product is governed by the applicable License terms.
3. Support and services
Direct product licences include six months of standard product support. Standard support and optional one-time support extensions are described in our Support Policy. Hands-on product services, including installation, update assistance, and custom work, are provided only after the scope, availability, price, and timing have been agreed with you in writing. These services are not purchased through Paddle checkout. Third-party costs, including hosting, domains, email, payment, and storage providers, remain your responsibility.
4. Orders, refunds, and digital delivery
For direct Qdev Techs orders completed through Paddle, our online order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for those orders. Paddle provides first-tier payment and order support and handles returns and refunds. Qdev Techs remains the product supplier and licensor and provides product delivery and technical support.
Direct product licences and support extensions currently offered through qdev.tech are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, the Paddle Buyer Terms, the Paddle Refund Policy, and applicable law. Marketplace purchases remain subject to the marketplace’s own policies and applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use our site, products, or services to:
- break applicable laws or infringe another person’s rights;
- distribute malware, interfere with systems, or attempt unauthorized access;
- redistribute, resell, or present Qdev Techs source code as your own product except where your license expressly permits it; or
- harass, abuse, or threaten Qdev Techs, its customers, or service providers.
6. Intellectual property
Qdev Techs and its licensors retain all rights in the site, products, documentation, branding, and other materials. A purchase grants only the license rights expressly stated for that product; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the site, products, and services useful and available, but they are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qdev Techs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the site, products, or services.
9. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or end access to our site, support, or services when reasonably necessary, including when these Terms are breached, payment obligations are not met, or continued access could create legal, security, or operational risk.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and cookie choices when you use the site or contact us.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you have a question about these Terms, please contact us.
