1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Qdev Techs website, software products, documentation, and services. By using the site, purchasing a product, or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept them on that party’s behalf.
2. Products and licenses
Product purchases made through a marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s terms and policies presented at checkout. Your permitted use of a Qdev Techs product is governed by the applicable License terms.
3. Support and services
Standard product support and optional care plans are described in our Support Policy. Setup, installation, and custom work are provided only after the scope, availability, and any applicable fees have been agreed with you in writing. Third-party costs, including hosting, domains, email, payment, and storage providers, remain your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Refunds, cancellation, and digital delivery
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Marketplace purchases remain subject to the marketplace’s own policies and any applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use our site, products, or services to:
- break applicable laws or infringe another person’s rights;
- distribute malware, interfere with systems, or attempt unauthorized access;
- redistribute, resell, or present Qdev Techs source code as your own product except where your license expressly permits it; or
- harass, abuse, or threaten Qdev Techs, its customers, or service providers.
6. Intellectual property
Qdev Techs and its licensors retain all rights in the site, products, documentation, branding, and other materials. A purchase grants only the license rights expressly stated for that product; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
7. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the site, products, and services useful and available, but they are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qdev Techs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the site, products, or services.
9. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or end access to our site, support, or services when reasonably necessary, including when these Terms are breached, payment obligations are not met, or continued access could create legal, security, or operational risk.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and cookie choices when you use the site or contact us.
11. Changes and contact
