Marketplace purchases
Products purchased through a marketplace are subject to that marketplaceās refund, cancellation, and dispute policies. Any request about a marketplace order must be made through the marketplace process, and its decision applies to that transaction.
Direct digital-product purchases
Digital products are supplied immediately after purchase. Because source code, downloads, license keys, or account access cannot be returned once delivered, direct digital-product purchases are generally final and non-refundable after delivery has started.
Before immediate delivery begins, we will ask the buyer to expressly request it and acknowledge the effect this has on any applicable withdrawal right. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Setup, support, and custom work
These services are arranged individually. The written scope or quote will confirm the price, payment timing, cancellation terms, and any work that must be paid for if the engagement is cancelled after work has been scheduled or started. Fees for completed work, reserved time, or work already in progress are generally non-refundable.
Delivery or access problems
If you cannot access a purchase or believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us with your order details before opening a payment dispute. We will reasonably investigate delivery, access, and billing issues and help restore access where appropriate.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer-protection law. Where those rights conflict with this policy, the mandatory law takes precedence.
