What is included with a product purchase?
Each purchase includes the product source code, documentation, free updates, and six months of standard product support. Exact requirements and features are listed on each product page.
Which license do I need?
Choose a Regular license for a free end product or internal tool. Choose an Extended license when users pay to access the end product, including a commercial SaaS platform.
Can I host and customize the product myself?
Yes. Qdev products are self-hosted and include the source code, so you can deploy them on compatible infrastructure and customize them for your project.
How do product updates work?
Eligible releases are available through the customer portal. You can review the changelog and download the latest version covered by your license.
What does product support include?
Standard support covers product usage, configuration, included features, documentation, supported versions, and reproducible product issues. Installation and customization are separate services.
Can Qdev help install or customize my product?
Yes. Installation, product update assistance, and custom development can be requested separately. Each request is reviewed and quoted before work begins.
