Is support included with my purchase?
Direct product licences include six months of standard product support. Envato purchases retain the support period and marketplace rules shown with the order.
What does a support extension cover?
It continues standard support for one licensed product, including product guidance and help troubleshooting reproducible product issues. It does not include installation, server work, hands-on updates, or custom development.
How many products are covered?
Each extension is assigned through the customer portal to one eligible licensed product and its registered installation.
Does an extension renew automatically?
No. It is a one-time purchase. You can purchase another extension if you need more support after the coverage period ends.
