Common service questions
Is marketplace item support still included?
Yes. Product purchases still include the standard marketplace item support terms. These services are optional extras for setup, launch, maintenance, and priority help.
Does setup include hosting or domain costs?
No. Hosting, domains, email providers, payment gateways, storage providers, and other third-party services are paid directly by you to those providers.
Do you buy the domain or hosting for me?
We can guide you through the process, but the accounts should stay under your ownership so you keep control of billing, access, and long-term operations.
Does Premium Care include custom development?
No. Premium Care is for support, updates, and maintenance guidance. Custom features, redesigns, and integrations are quoted separately when available.
How many installations are covered?
Unless agreed otherwise, setup and care services cover one Qdev Techs product installation.
Can I cancel premium support?
Yes. Once Lemon Squeezy subscriptions are enabled, premium support plans will be cancellable through the subscription billing flow.
