JustJobs 4 is a major candidate and publisher experience update. The release introduces separate candidate and publisher workspaces with clearer navigation, onboarding for users who want to find jobs, post jobs, or do both, and a Start hiring path for candidate accounts that later need publisher tools.
Candidates now have a more complete hub for managing their job search. The update adds candidate profiles with headline, bio, skills, target roles, locations, and work preferences, public talent profile URLs, saved jobs, saved searches, alert preferences, notification preferences, and JustJobs-hosted applications with notes, profile snapshots, and CV links.
Publishers get a stronger hiring and applicant management flow too, including a publisher dashboard, applicants inbox, applicant statuses, screening questions, admin controls for available application modes, and improved job listing cards with clearer actions, application counts, and renewal details. JustJobs 4 also improves expired job handling, fixes long blog post titles, updates dependencies and security, and includes documentation improvements.
